This sweet and spicy miso sauce is great for stir frys, grilling veggies, marinating tofu, as a salad dressing, and much more.
I have had great success using it in stir fry's, brushing it on bok choy and grilling it to perfection, and in rice noodle dishes.
Also try thinning it out a bit more and tossing sliced cucumber in it. Yum!

Sweet and Spicy Miso Sauce
Vegan | Gluten Free | Soy Free | Nut Free
3 tbsp chickpea miso (or other white miso)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
2. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
The brand of chickpea miso I use is naturally soy free.
